Return & Refund Policy
At Maison Celie, we take pride in offering carefully sourced, premium-quality products. To ensure hygiene standards and fair practices for all customers, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. No Return & Refund

  • Due to the nature of our products (including dresses, intimate apparel, and accessories), and in accordance with EU Consumer Law exceptions under Directive 2011/83/EU, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped and/or the package has been opened.


  • We also do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed, as items are immediately processed and sourced directly from our partners.


2. Exchange Policy (One-time Only)

  • We allow one-time size or product exchange for eligible items, provided that:

    • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.


    • The item is unworn, unused, and still in its original packaging with tags intact.




  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.


  • We will review the case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


4. Partial Refund (Special Cases)

  • In rare circumstances, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50–60% of the order value) if the customer chooses to keep the product but is dissatisfied.


  • Full refunds are not available, except where legally required (e.g., product never shipped).


5. Final Sale Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
